data retrieval safeguard easy v4.40.3?

trying to recover my data from a laptop running safeguard easy v4.40.3. I know the password but the windows OS has been locked out so I cannot login. I have tried WinPE SGN 6.10.0.372 but it fails to find the files etc. I suspect it may be the wrong version of WinPE. Can you help?

Safeguard easy v4.40.3 has been discontinued and out of support before 2013, so we don't have much information about the retrieval of the data with it. But you can review this article for the WinPE image for 6.10 version.
