we are unable to trace one email sent from shriramproperty@shriramproperties.com to outside domain user venkimahadevan@gmail.com in the sophos email security logs. Can you please help to get the details of this email.

To confirm, are you using Email Appliance or Sophos Central Email?

If it is Sophos Central Email you may refer to this doc guide: https://docs.sophos.com/central/customer/help/en-us/ManageYourProducts/LogsReports/Logs/EmailHistoryReport/index.html - The Message History report details the messages processed by Sophos Email Security for your protected mailboxes.
