Email Gateway/Sophos Central - Multiple azure ad sync?

Is email gateway/sophos central able to add a another domain azure ad sync? So i can have multiple clients and domains under my sophos central /email gateway?

Thank you for contacting the Sophos Community.

Could you please clarify, if what you want is to have different Domains under the same Sophos Central Admin account? So if your Central Admin account is under JustinBrown.com, you want to add domains in your Sophos Central Admin for domain1.com domain2.com domain3.com?
