i am using zoiper through vpn ssl, but call disconnect after 6 sec and not voice.

Please verify the DOS settings and bypass the port IP if required from DOS configuration
Try to connect SSL VPN over UPD port and verify
Also, check VPN to LAN and LAN to VPN firewall rule.
Which protocol or the port number used by the application?
