The server and uplink made the video jerk to a stop so I couldn't, Mark. Also, I had audio and no video in IE11. Try putting this on YouTube and linking to it instead.

YouTube is an option if (1) only Sophos want to provide videos, and (2) I spend more time polishing the video and explain what the video is about. Self-hosted videos can be shorter and without explaining the context as they are available from a thread that gives it the much needed context. Plus we really do want community users to provide videos as replies if they are able and feel it's a better answer. I've tested this on IE 11 and it works OK. Hmmm.
There is a video transcoder module that we can install on the community and that may help. We'll get that added and check back that resolves it.
