Is Sophos 'going to the dogs'?

I am unable to download either the Windows Virus Removal Tool nor the UTM Home Edition.

I 'spoke' with "Live Chat" and was directed to support@sophos.com

This provoked a response directing me to a 'support' form at: https://secure2.sophos.com/en-us/support/contact-support/support-query-request.aspx

Attempting to submit the request for support gives: 

"We experienced a technical difficulty while processing your request. Your data may not have been correctly saved."

Download servers unavailable:

Support not responding sensibly to e-mail and the support ticket system non-functional!!

  • We did experience a problem with our website this morning that and I do apologize for that.  We are also moving support from email to the web form for a better response and I guess our Live Chat staff didn't read the full memo - I'll mention it to them.  Again, sorry about that.

    All should be working as of a few hours ago.  Do try again and hopefully the first impression will not stick!

    This link works!

    I hope that the issues I encountered have all been rectified.

    FWIW WRT the various free items that the above link takes me to:

    Once I have logged-in (to download Sophos Home) I then need to re-authenticate to get to the download page for the Virus Removal Tool

    Then that authentication is 'remembered' for downloading the UTM Home Edition

    The look-n-feel of the several pages does not quite match & the login & download procedure is different.
