Training Links all Broken?

I am interested in looking at some training and when I visit the site

https://www.sophos.com/en-us/about-us/training/partner-certification.aspx

All of the Register links are not working. They all leads to a page that looks like the following. I have attempted to connect from several locations and browsers. All result in the same page.

The links require partner portal login to access. If the you're not logged in to the portal, you will get this error.
