Getting threat messages constantly - but it's no threat, I think

is the help on adding an exception understandable enough? Can't say why the Alert seemingly doesn't show (it should be at least on the Device Page).

Note that this is a generic detection, adding an exception might result in other ("real") PUAs not being detected. As it is perhaps a false positive or unwanted detection you should Submit a sample (note it is intended for users of free products as well).

I fear there's no phone support for free products (and me, I'm not Sophos).
The Home Admin console isn't rocket science - at least setting the exception shouldn't be too hard (as you've managed ti sign up and install). Don't mull over the jargon - just do it step-by-step [:)]
