We didn't get any proper technical support from SOPHOS support only get multiple case id and when we call SOPHOS support they said your problem resolved today or I have already escalated the cases with case ID ####### and ####### to my senior team it over a month.
Cane any one please told me what we do we call SOPHOS support every day now they pick my call at-list after 40 to 50 minutes hold if this thinks going on we may lose our jobs.
