How to clear all unread notifications ?

looks like it clears up to the last loaded entry (i.e. if you scroll down you should be able to clear more than 10) - but please try without clicking Unread first. I've noticed that the popup initially displays a little bit less than 10 entries (depending on their size) expanding the list when you scroll down. If Unread is selected expanding fails once you scroll down and it loops displaying Loading... and Mark & Settings at the bottom.
Dunno how many notifications it can load at once though. Definitely a pain.

selecting "All" does not help because then I only got entries already marked as read.
And unread entries fails to expand more after about 50 entries. With currently about 3500 unread entries no solution, would take me over half an hour to mark all entries as read.

Can't imagine why Sophos is so short-sighted to don't add a mark all as read button. Those buttons are in probably every community except here at Sophos.

you're (unfortunately) right - it stops loading at some point (though I haven't counted the entries).
Wonder if it's related to the You have nn unread notifications bug - right now i have allegedly 5 but clicking Unread returns an empty list.

The cause of this is because the subscriptions function was set to subscribe you to all threads in a group if you joined that group. We changed that by removing subscriptions and making sure future subscriptions are only to threads you have created, posted to, or actively subscribed. I'm aware of the issue with the notifications and I'm looking to see if we can get the them cleared down for all users without you having to do anything.
