We have some policies set to Alert only, or quarantine (but do not delete), and the result is that I have a list of detected things under Viruses/spyware or Adware and PUA. I like it this way.
I manually clean an item, but if the computer is off of the network, the clean up times out. I'm left with an error message, but no way to retry.
Please add the ability to automatically retry the cleanup process with at least these options:
- Always retry any cleanup (per policy, per group, or global)
- Cleanup just this one time (acts like it does now)
- Cleanup and retry (will try to cleanup, and if it fails, the next time there's a successful communication with SEC, it will instruct the endpoint to cleanup)
- And set a retry threshold (up to 30 days, N times)
