Support Portal Access

I am trying to access the Support Portal. I have done the registration and received the email saying my registration request was approved. When I click the support.sophos.com or access it through my Sophos Central login it takes me to the registration page. Clicking the Login just reloads the registration page. I try to re-register and I get a message saying:

Support Portal - Alert

The email address specified is associated with a previsionsly approved registration request. You can access the Sophos Support Portal by clicking on the Login button and entering the email address you registered with.

Clicking the login does not give me a place to put my email address or anything it just reloads the registration page. I have tried clearing my browser. I have tried in an incognito browser, I have tried from 4 different browsers and all of them give me the same issues.
