Login Trouble Sophos Central

I am having problems logging in to the Sophos Central Portal.

I use lizenzen@***.de for the Sophos ID account. The login works.

However, I cannot log in to Sophos Central with the email address. When I try to reset the password there, I receive an email with the reset link and the OTP, but finally receive the error message: “Authentication failed”

Anyone an idea?
