IP Delist 550-Sophos Anti Spam Engine

Sophos has blacklisted our IP for lack of CAPTCHA code in a contact form.

Now that the problem is resolved we want to remove the IP from the blacklist but we don't know how to do it.

From this link you can check if the IP is on the blacklist, but it does not allow you to delete it.

May I know if the error looks like this?

554 5.7.1 Service unavailable; Client host [x.x.x.x] is blacklisted. Visit www.sophos.com/.../ip-lookup.aspx to request delisting
If not, can you please give us a screenshot of how the error looks?
If it looks like this, please PM me the IP address and/or get a case created and advise us the case number. Thanks!

Thank you for that, I cannot seem to reply back to you in the PM. I would recommend getting a case created with Technical Support and sharing the case number with us here.
I would recommend providing a screenshot of the error that you got which made you go to the IP-lookup page.
Also please let us know, what Sophos product are you using? Thanks!

We cannot open a technical support case because we do not have any service contracted with Sophos.

A client of ours is trying to contact a client who works with Sophos antivirus and asks us for help.
