Website Improperly Blacklisted by Sophos

Good Evening,

It has come to our attention that our website has been improperly blacklisted by Sophos. Our website is not spam. We follow industry best practices for all user data. Our website is hosted by Shopify (protected by Cloudfare). Our credit card processing is PCI compliant and we have a valid SSL cert. Our website has not been compromised in any way nor does it contain any malware.

We are unable to submit a re-evaluation ticket via Sophos. Is it possible for support to submit this ticket manually via the forum here? 

We are happy to provide any information needed to prove our website is adherent and compliant with all anti-spam and data safety practices. Thank you for your time very much.
