when i am trying to connect customer portal it is only showing registration form even when i am click on login

You need to be registered for the Customer Portal.

Also, you can try to reach out by calling the hotline number.

i register many times but still when i click on login its opening for register

I would recommend calling the hotline directly. You may check the following Doc for the nearest region to your place.

Upon calling, this will create a case number and the unlock code will be send to your registered email address.
