Our educational company focuses on corporate training via micro content sent through instant messaging. Many of our clients are big corporates in Colombia, Mexico, and US. Recently we tried to reach via email to a client in Colombia called TCC, and Sophos firewall blocked our e-mails. How can we work to liberate the blocking of our emails?
