NetExam invalid ID

I recently enrolled to the Sophos XG NetExam course and went through the first module fine. However, I went to log in to this a few days later and it told me my user ID was invalid? I had to log into my XG account to be able to create the course account so do not understand why when logging back in it is invalid. I have seen this on previous posts but not seen any answers.
