Delete Sophos Central Account

Hi,

The User wanted to create a Sophos Central account. Hi did it by his own. We authenticate via Microsoft. He did not. What is the solution?
Can you delete the account, please. Send me a mail for data. Thank you

we have renewed the support for the CRRAE UMOA client for several months, but since then we find that the last line (Pro Support) on the certificate in attachments is not active.
