MDR sales consultant exam

Hi,

I attend MDR sales consultant training program but after that, I want to attend the exam but I could not attend the exam because they navigated to Sophos Partners: Resellers, OEM, & System Integration
then train -> Enablement - Partner Training (sophos.com) this page appears but actually, regarding their navigation it comes different page how can I attend the exam

Please help me to attend the exam
