Is there any known issues with customers that have Sophos currently installed and running on mac computers that are trying to install Jamf Protect alongside it for additional protection? Sophos seems to be causing issues of not allowing the system extension required by Jamf Protect to completely install. Currently working with Jamf Support but I wanted to get some insight, if any is available, on the Sophos side.

The following note in one of our KB articles may be what's causing issues.
Note: macOS 13.0.1 has corrected this issue. This new macOS version updates a record in the operating system that inadvertently causes any existing application using security client extensions with Full Disk Access to lose that privilege. There is a scenario where the impact is that security scans are turned off without warning to the administrator for some endpoint security products, including Sophos Endpoint Protection.
Sophos should not prevent system extensions from being granted access, this is controlled entirely by the OS. I suggest verifying that the version of macOS you're running is 13.0.1 or higher.
