Accessing partner portal is inconvenience. when I move from one page to another it keeps showing same message
"Authentication failed. Please check your credentials and try again"
I changed my password many times
I clear the cache many times
I use Chrome latest version

Could you elaborate on which page you're browsing when this issue occurs? Is it while you're looking at "partnerportal.sophos.com" or is this after you have selected to launch Sophos Central Partner?
I suggest checking if the issue persist without any add-ons enabled in the web browser. If you are logged in to any different Sophos accounts simultaneously using Google Chrome, this could also affect things.
