Can't login to sophos firewall using linux authentication client

Hello, I have tried to login to the sophos client.

I have followed the steps written in this article: https://support.sophos.com/support/s/article/KB-000035617?language=en_US

I have downloaded and extracted the caa_x64.tar.gz file. I have copied the .caa to my home directory and edited the username and password.

When I try to run ./caa, it shows the following errror:

caa started in foreground mode.
Connecting to host 172.16.2.1 ...
Connected with ECDHE-RSA-AES256-GCM-SHA384 encryption.
Client type sent: Linux
Login was denied. Username/password invalid!
Sending SIGTERM to running caa with Process Id 13877.
Running instance of caa terminated by signal 15

I'm using fedora 36.
