No access to the lab environment S80 - XG Firewall v18.0 - Technician

Hi there,

I have attempted to access the lab environment for the S80 - XG Firewall v18.0 - Technician course. I have even emailed support and they told me a link would be available. I work for an MSP, and did not have the same issue with other certifications. Any ideas?
