Sophos Endpoint with XDR was recently been installed to several users computers that also have Sophos Connect Client VPN. Ever since the Sophos Endpoint with XDR got installed, the users Sophos Connect Client VPN keeps getting disconnected intermittently.
In comparison to other users having Palo Alto Cortex XDR and/or prior to these users before Sophos Endpoint with XDR installed, they have no issues of Sophos Connect Client VPN. They are all connecting to our VPN seamlessly.
Is there anything we need to adjust in our Sophos Endpoint with XDR to prevent this from happening?
