Spam users here in the forums

Hi,

I notice some new spam users here that are modifying prevoiusly meaningless replies to posts and later silently place malicious or XXX looking URL in their posts after some days or weeks.

I like the possibility to edit my own posts after some time in case I find typos or so but can you please implement a method like editing a post after more than 1 hour is denied if the users has not earned more than, lets say 100 points? I think this yould keep some junk out here.

Even more dangerous, when an admin previously upvoted a post as anwer and they place bad URL inside their post later like here:
