so my customer has the problem that he can not see the Account Preferences on his Sophos Central. But when i am connecting to his Central with my Partner Admin account, i can see the account preferences.

When this "Account Preferences" page loads, there are some APIs that will run in the background to supply information. If any of these APIs fail, the result will be the error you’re seeing.
Do you know if the Admin that is trying to open the "Account Preferences" page is logged in with the "Super Admin" role?
If you find that this issue does not go away after some time, I recommend gathering HAR logs while replicating the issue. - https://support.sophos.com/support/s/article/KB-000034866?language=en_US
