Hello,

so my customer has the problem that he can not see the Account Preferences on his Sophos Central. But when i am connecting to his Central with my Partner Admin account, i can see the account preferences.

The customer get this report: Your account preferences are currently unavailable. Please try again later.

Do you know why my customer can't see their Account preferences?
