I'm getting a mildly frustrating issue. It starts with needing to log into Sophos Cloud to leverage central synchronization.
From the XG unit, in Central Synchronization - I click on the forgot password link, which takes me to https://cloud.sophos.com/manage/login
From there, I click on Forgot Password which shows me this screen:
I enter my email, and click to receive a verification code. It arrives via email within a few moments. I paste the code into the code verification box, and click the green "Verify code" button. The code is accepted, and the UI now looks like this:
In this adjusted UI, I enter a new password and confirm it. I then get this, which is puzzling.
Have tried multiple times, in a multitude of browsers.
Do you have a Central Account? Which means: Do you have select a datacenter and setup a password? Sophos uses the SophosID, which you use for Community for Central, but only if you created a Central Account…
