DNS Resolution from 3 VLAN to Cisco Umbrella OpenDNS servers (208.67.222.222 and 208.67.220.220) only.

Hi There,

I will like to know if i can create a rule which allow DNS resolution for 3 VLANs to Cisco Umbrella OpenDNS servers (208.67.222.222 and 208.67.220.220) only.
