I have Sophos Home and attempted to download FTP software today. Sophos blocked it but a pop-up asked me to log in. I tried to log in but I am unable to log in or reset my password, I've tried everything and still haven't found a solution. which means I'm unable to download anything for my client. How can I get help and support?
