Hi I had a corporate license with about 500 computers
we recently went to croudstrike but some of the computers still had bitlocker with sophos
can i still get the bitlocker keys from the computers that were enabled by sophos?

Thank you for reaching us. Can you confirm if you manage those machines via Sophos safeguard or Sophos Central Device Device encryption?
As long as your account for Sophos are still active (for central), or your SGN server was still up (for Safeguard), you’ll still be able to get the BitLocker keys on those machines which require to be decrypted provided as well that you haven't deleted any machines on your console/dashboard.

In situations where your Central Device Encryption license is expired, it is typically recommended to start a "Trial" for the product so that the UI menu becomes accessible once again.

Something you can try is using the following URL after logging in to your Sophos Central Admin account. Pasting this URL into the browser once you are authenticated in, will redirect you to the settings page for Central Device Encryption. From this page, it is possible to select "Encryption Recovery Key Search".
