Unable to active/login to sophos central


I was trying to active my Sophos central account but for the last couple of hours the only thing I got is "oops something went wrong". I did try to log in to the webpage and it stops at the moment "please wait while we sign you in".

I have a specific email address and I would like to create a new one to get this service.
I did try on 2 different devices on 2 different networks.
