How do I get to support?

When I try to log on to support, I am diverted to a screen that says you need more information.

I am already registered and have been for years. I recently had a change of email and that seems to have thrown a spanner in the works.

Hi Brian, I would suggest reaching out to our customer care team once from the support portal ( https://support.sophos.com/support/ ) and they will be able to help with any of the account-related queries…

Thanks for the suggestion. Unfortunately one of my problems is I can't log in to the Portal. I have resorted to the phone and am in the process of being looked after that way.

Thanks for the suggestion. As indicated in my post, unfortunately one of my problems is I can't log in to the Portal. So that pathway is blocked. I have resorted to the phone and am in the process of being looked after that way.
