Email to Sophos customers is blocked.
Our mail server is not on any blacklist and the Sophos website also says that the IP address is not listed. On the other hand, we have log file entries from Sophos that say the opposite.
Our customers who use Sophos are annoyed by undeliverable notifications.

The statement from Sopho was that the IP (138.201.92.142) address is on a RBL. No further information.
I ask you to delist the IP (138.201.92.142) address.
