Unresolved support issue- Case 04047752

Hi,

I am facing a serious support issue from Sophos. I am unable to install Sophos Intercept X Advanced on one of my server so have created a support ticket on 31st May 2021. The support is very limited over email & there is no response / reply after 10th June. how do i get ride from this.

  • would you be able to provide the Central installer log file from C:\ProgramData\Sophos\CloudInstaller\logs\

    It maybe we need to request some of the install logs but that will tell us which components are failing if it even gets to the install phase.
