Add another MFA option

Question

I'm trying to add another MFA option (sophos authenticator or google authenticator), following this KB

 but i don't see (or found?) the option " Manage Login Settings" to add another method ,i'm super Admin of my sophos central dashboard

Hi Jose Gutierrez 
 Could you please confirm if you have already set the initial authentication option already set up? If so, on top right corner under your name, you will find an option "Manage Login Settings" from where you can set up the alternate MFA option.
