I have a department where 1 specific program does not perform 1 specific function if web control is enabled. I have done some minimal looking, basically checking the Event tab in the Sophos application on the machine and also looking in Sophos Cloud itself and can't see any reports of anything being blocked at all. Is there a better way to see exactly what web control is blocking to help narrow this down?

Can you confirm if you are using Sophos endpoint or Sophos firewall. What type of application was being blocked? If you are getting a blocking error on the endpoint, have you already validated with the application owner and add its recommended exclusions?
