Hi, I asked Customer Care to delete my Sophos ID but they said they couldnt see it. I explained that I was logged in with my Sophos ID at the same time as I was chatting to them, but they couldn't see it. I don't know what else to do. And even though it looks like you deleted my Sophos Community account, as soon as I log in with my Sophos ID it seems to make a new Community account again. I really thought Sophos would be more on top of the business of managing IDs and security. Please can you help? I just want my Sophos ID and any Sophos accounts deleted, gone, finished. Thank you.
