Unfortunately, SFOS 16 is EoL and not supported anymore, so it isn’t possible to provide it anymore.

You would need to open a case with support requesting the .iso, please specify if you require Hardware or Software, and which version? 17.5.15 is the one I would recommend.
Once you have the Case ID, share it with me so I can follow-up.
