Sophos Weekly Emails Are Sent Unencrypted

I receive weekly newsletters from various forums at Sophos. I've noticed the emails sent from Sophos are no longer encrypted as they always were in the past. Why are the emails sent unencrypted and is it something to do on my end or is it on Sophos end? Attached below is a screenshot of one of the emails.

I checked internally, and it seems there was no change made to the system delivering these emails. This could be related to some changes on your end.

I can confirm this issue, Sophos Community emails are being sent unencrypted to gmail.

Even password reset emails are unencrypted.

What does it mean "Unencrypted" in terms of Gmail?

Is it this? https://support.google.com/mail/answer/6330403?hl=en

Shouldnt this be the case for longer time?

FloSupport Could we look into this?
