Primary account not usable

I have to use my home-account because my Primary account isn't usable.  (https://community.sophos.com/members/dirkkotte)

I am able to logon to id.sophos.com but if i click to community i get

"https://community.sophos.com/samlresponse"

    thanks for the answer, but problem not solved until now.

    I have only one single browser with cached active logon. Every other PC/System/Browser where i have to logon shows the message...
