We just installed the Active Directory Sync tool in our environment. I have our help desk manager asking if Active Sync would have uninstalled his product.
Here is his message
Today I was adding agents and noticed that FreshService hadn’t synched with AD. I got on the server OurSyncServer1 to check the status and the program is now missing. It looks like it was uninstalled by someone. This program is critical to synching people from AD to FreshService so they can put in tickets. I am installing the program again, but wanted to make you aware incase this happens again.
