ZTNA Firewall gateway connection issues

We have a new XGS2100 installed and ZTNA gateway in it. The connection to resources sometimes breaks shortly. This has never happened with our old ZTNA (on-premise ESXI). The Mac agent diagnostics shows

7. Mar 2024 at 9.00.21 Failed to create connection. Server not responding ztnafw.domain.com, due to: The operation couldn’t be completed. (Network.NWError error 60 - Operation timed out)

The connection restores almost immediately, but nevertheless the timeout still occurs.

Thank you for contacting the Sophos Community.

I recommend you open a case with Support and share the Case ID so we can follow.

During the case you would be asked to provide some pcaps, for when the issue is happening, so I would recommend you if you haven't to install wireshark and make a note of the time the issue happens.
