SaaS Tool integration in ZTNA.

Hi good people!

I have been trying to deploy the ZTNA for my SaaS Tools ie. confluence and more tools. In the resource configuration, I put my confluence URL in the internal FQDN but got the error "Your Administrator hasn't added any resources here.

Do you know any solution to this?

Best,
Ahasan

  • Hi Ahasan, Where are you noticing the error? Is it on the user portal? If yes, agent-based resources are not displayed on the user portal yet.

For configuring Saas applications, you must choose an agent-based approach only. Also, you can enter the application's FQDN as External FQDN. The agent installed on the endpoint will intercept traffic going to this FQDN. You can leave the internal FQDN field blank if the internal DNS server can resolve the application's FQDN.
