SaaS Tool integration in ZTNA.

Hi Ahasan, Where are you noticing the error? Is it on the user portal? If yes, agent-based resources are not displayed on the user portal yet.

For configuring Saas applications, you must choose an agent-based approach only. Also, you can enter the application's FQDN as External FQDN. The agent installed on the endpoint will intercept traffic going to this FQDN. You can leave the internal FQDN field blank if the internal DNS server can resolve the application's FQDN. 

Also, apart from the resource on the user portl, are you able to access the resource per se via ZTNA?

I am getting this error in both the Gateway portal and the Resource portal.

Thanks for the update. So, just to be sure, you are configuring the Saas application's FQDN as an external FQDN, and the resource access type is the agent? If yes, just wanted to understand the flow. When you try to access the resource from the endpoint, are you being prompted for authentication? Could you let me know the flow?
