ZTNA Agent does not install / show up

I assigned the ZTNA Agent to a client but it does not show up.

Even installing it manually using --products=ztna is not successful.

What do i do wrong?

  • Do you have Message Relay / Update Cache activated in your Central Account? Because there is a current "blocker"(Issue) with Endpoints using a Update Cache and not having a direct internet connection. Therefore the enrollment is blocked for those accounts until this issue is resolved // or you can confirm, the clients can directly communicate to the Internet.

  • Thanks. I removed our update cache in the global settings, but still no ZTNA agent on the client...

    Do i have to manually do something besides the setting in the client´s "Manage Endpoint Software"?
