Error code 0x80070422 in transport protocol sink. (Pure message)

I any one familiar with this message, Sophos site does not offer help on this, and my Pure Message is also not working any more. I am using Server 2003 and Exchange Server 2003. I would appreciate suggestions. Shabbar

    Dear Alan

    Now I am trying to remove pure message completely.  My intention is to re-install afterward but now it is not letting me do that.  Probably some portions are still stucked in the registry.  Even though, I have manually tried to remove all sophos related things from registry but no luck yet.   Any suggestion for uninstalling PM?
