How long have you waited on the support phone line for an answer before hanging up ?

UK Support phone line (0844 767 4670) - 35 minute call without even an answer ?

So instead I called customer services who apparently have submitted a case for me, I say apparently as I have no email to say it was submitted.

Browsing other vendors for alternative UTM products as we speak.

    Hello IT Support,

    I'm sorry to hear you've had such a long wait today, our Customer Service team should have given you a case reference number when you phoned in. In any case a ticket will have been raised for you and you should have a response shortly.

    I would offer to follow this up personally but without a case reference number I don't want to request personal information that can be publicly seen. If you email/phone your account manager they will be able to chase this up for you if you still have concerns.
