Pmx milter status is stopped

Dear All,

I Installed Redhat enterprise linux 5.1 & use newly installed PMX 5.5.9.1 also.

After installed pmx, all serviceis running.

After that i update the component of PMX and it wors well but

the milter status is stopped.

I also did the  pmx-milter start as pmx user but it still doesn't work.

Please Your Help...

    I've outlined above how to get this to work. 

    If you can tell us exactly how you created the list, we can try and help you out.   You have stated you have made the list.  This could be that you have done it through the interface, or perhaps you created a file in the /opt/pmx/etc directory, or perhaps you created a policy item that has no reference.

    The Policy.pid is not the problem for you.  The list is the issue.  How did you create the list?  Please be as detailed as possible.  Remember, I can not see what you are typing, or doing.  Explain every step in detail.

    One thing to note, the list name would be case sensitive.  If you've created a list called Backscatter-ndr, or backscatter-NDR, it will not work.  The error states "Backscatter-NDR" so that's the exact case it is looking for.

    I would strongly encourage you to contact Sophos support if my post doesn't help.
